  • When will my subscription begin?
    Your subscription will begin in early spring. Since bloom times can vary slightly, we will notify you via email when it’s time for your first bouquet!
  • How long will my subscription last?
    At this time, we are opening sign-ups for our Spring Subscription only. Additional seasonal subscriptions (Late Summer and Fall) will be available as those seasons approach. Subscriptions are available in seasonal tiers. We plan to have Spring, Summer, Late Summer, and Fall Subscription plans.
  • How do I pay for my subscription?
    Full payment is required at the time of sign-up to secure your subscription. We accept the following payment methods: • Cash • Check (made payable to Two Buds Flower Farm) • Digital Payments (Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App) Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
  • How do I receive my flowers?
    Subscribers can pick up their bouquets at our farm cart located at: 📍 285 Forest Ridge Lane, Foxfire Village Pick-up times: • Friday Evening (4 PM – 8 PM) • Saturday Morning (8 AM – 12 PM) Local Delivery (Limited Availability) We offer delivery within a 10 mile radius from Two Buds Flower Farm for an additional fee. Delivery will be scheduled for a specific day each week, and we’ll notify you of your delivery time in advance.
  • Can I skip a week or reschedule my pick-up?
    We understand things come up! If you need to skip a week or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, or you can gift your bouquet to a friend!
  • What happens if I miss a pick-up?
    If you miss your scheduled pick-up, your bouquet will be held for 24 hours. After that, unclaimed bouquets will be donated to a local senior center or community organization.
  • What’s included in each bouquet?
    Our bouquets are prepared as market bouquets, meaning we hand-wrap and protect the stems, but the fun part is bringing them home and arranging them in your favorite vase! Expect a beautiful mix of seasonal blooms such as sunflowers, zinnias, lisianthus, dahlias, ranunculus, and more. If you prefer a more arranged bouquet with a vase, we offer an upgraded subscription for an additional $15 per bouquet. This option includes a vase and a professionally arranged bouquet ready to display.
  • Can I gift a flower subscription?
    Yes! A subscription makes a wonderful gift. Ensure you fill out the Recipients information on the ordering form! We will contact them and coordinate pick-up/delivery directly with them.
  • What if I need to cancel my subscription?
    We do not offer full refunds for partially used subscriptions. However, if you need to cancel before your subscription is completed, we can provide a partial refund for any remaining, unfulfilled bouquets. We require at least 5 days’ notice before your scheduled bouquet delivery or pick-up so that we can adjust our harvesting schedule. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your subscription.
